CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy 🫶🏼 • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee. • Future appointments may require a deposit after repeated late cancellations or no-shows. •First time clients who book but do not show up to their appointments, will not be eligible to schedule unless fees have been paid as well as 50% deposit for next scheduled appointment.
